* 8 tasses (2 L) bouillon de poulet
* 1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) lait
* 2 c.à soupe (30 ml) fécule de maïs
* Sel, au goût
* Poivre, au goût
* Ciboulette, au goût
Dans une grande casserole, chauffer le beurre et faire revenir les oignons 1 minute. Ajouter les haricots et le bouillon de poulet. Recouvrir et laisser mijoter à feu doux 25 minutes ou jusqu'à ce les haricots soient cuits. Ajouter le lait et mélanger. Délayer la fécule de maïs avec une petite quantité d'eau et épaissir la soupe. Assaisonner de ciboulette.
